The house boasts an on premise bocce court, also with a full ocean view, and a basketball court in the back of the house. The house stays a discrete Algarvian Beach House, with one floor of over 300m2 living space. A small beach is a five-minute walk from the house, as are tennis courts. Paddle ball is also within walking distance. Nearby Carvoeiro can be reached by car, bus or uber (or after a 30 min walk).

All 4 bedrooms rooms have ensuite bathrooms with double sinks, 2 bathrooms have bathtubs in addition to showers. There is a separate office for privacy when working and there is also a separate guest toilet.
